My 1980 Shovelhead chopper, when I built this bike all I started with was a handful of spokes.
Object of this project was to pick up girls.
How much more could you ask for out of life, a chopper, job in a motorcycle shop, and top off by being young and dumb.
Dragbike USA still owes us $1200.00 for that one.
Records set 7.04 @ 195, one fast 10" tire!

Art work done for us by the late great Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, the little pig under the front wheel was Ed's Jab at Carl Morrow of Carls Speed shop.
A memorable day in my life.
Just wish I could of met Frank Zappa also.
Early on he commented that was the best part of riding this bike.
I think it was from a nitrous Pro-mod
The boots and Chip Ellis was an unbeatable combination

A happy couple. (couple of what though?)
4 the pass on this bike was 7.06, not too bad in 92. Ironically that is a quick as I ever went on it. After the chassis was shortened and Pete Steuri got the bike it has ran as quick as 6.89
